Week 4 outside, Week 5 on treadmill

I've been slowly starting to do C25, but now that the weather is getting better I hope to run outside 3 days a week. I'm up to Week 5 (5-6-5 min) on the treadmill, but running outside is so much harder for me. Today I did the 3-4-4-3 intervals and it was really tough. Almost didn't make it. When you get to this point, how do you keep yourself going, especially when you started your training on the treadmill with the momentum of the machine? Any advice?

Also, if you are around the same level as me friend me so that we can see each other's progress! I'm determined to get to the 5k mark in 2 months...but something tells me it may take longer.

You might just need to slow down when you run outside until you get used to it.

Running outside is harder than on a treadmill.

Thanks! I have slowed down a bit. I'm almost done week 4. The last day was really hard, but I'm going to re-do it Wednesday and then move on to week 5 and hope for the best :)
