Rode my NordicTrack Recumbent stationary bike 10.1 miles yesterday, first day at "Moderate" effort.
There is a noticeable difference in effort, even though the calorie burn doesn't seem to be linear to the added difficulty. I'll probably take more time to go through the 5 levels which make up the "Moderate" effort category.....
Four years ago I would never have believed that I would stick to an exercise routine for this long and actually look forward to it each day.....
