Not sure about these, can I really believe the carb to fibre ratio? If I could these would be great for snacks or after work outs.

I dunno about those, but the Epic and Wild (I think) ones that are meat based are generally good on the go options. I don't know how hard they are to get online or if any UK stores carry them.
The 12 carbs and 24 fiber means that these are 12 NET Carbs, that fiber and sugar alcohols, if any, have already been subtracted. I personally don't like my fat and carbs being that close together in numbers, but if the carbs fit your macros, and it helps with your protein goal, I would say you are good.1 -
I have yet to find a protein bar that is not high in carbs. This one isn't terrible from a carb standpoint, but the ingredients kind of scare me - i.e. Oligo Fructose Syrups, Sunflower Oil, Sweeteners, Maltitol, and the very first ingredient (which means there is more of it than anything else) Isomalto-Oligosaccharide Syrup.
Here is an article on Isomalto-Oligosaccharide Syrup:

Just some food for thought.1 -
Check out "Quest bars" . Lowest I've seen in carbs. You can order them on line.1

@Nymba - those still have a high amount of sugar alcohols, so they can digestive distress in some folks, cravings in some folks, etc. I avoid any with sucralose, period. I had one with only Stevia and it was okay-ish...1

I heard about it ages ago on Leanne Vogel's post/video about great new products. I hope you love them. I haven't tried them, but since my Natural Grocer's store and Sprouts both carry them, I might!0

O.M.G. They make a bacon bar. Like...a protein bar that's just bacon.....literal mind explosion. They're also all available on Amazon Prime it appears. Looks like I just ordered myself a birthday present. A PRESENT OF MEAT. WOO!2

I've seen protein bars that have far less carbs in them that those Quest offers (although I do like Quest bars). Here are links to at least three different kinds of protein bars all of which have less carbs than Quest bars do. Also, just fyi, Marigold Bars are the only bars of the ones I've linked to below which offer roughly the same amount of protein per bar that Quest bars currently do:

The Power Crunch bars do contain soy so be aware of that if you are trying to avoid soy:

I don't think any bars with alcohol sugars are my friend. I make egg & bacon muffins (almond flour based) that sort of thing for grab and go. If I want something I don't have to cook, I'd mix some of the nuts and seeds I have in the pantry for instant trailmix. If I had to buy something for emergency while away from home, I'd go the jerky route, but be careful so many of them have tons of sugar in them, only a few have acceptable carb levels.0

Have you ever heard of "Pemmican"? An energy bar you can make yourself. Keeps forever, no unwanted fillers, chemicals, additives, or preservatives. Here is a link with recipes.

Going to try a meat/blackberry/raspberry/blueberry version this weekend.0 -
Does it have to be protein? Or would fat bars work? If so - maybe try https://www.adaptyourlife.com/adapt-bars/ by Dr Westman. I thought they were expensive but breaking down cost per bar in the box it wasn't bad. I have not tried these myself so have no idea if they are good or not.1

The trick is in the word 'make', lol. No thanks, I'm lazy about cooking and would rather not deal with meat in general (it's not my favorite food to fiddle with - touching raw chicken to prepare it for dinner has been known to make me gag on occasion - please don't laugh ) And yet I'm fine with human accident scenes.....1
