Well, I had to take some time off of 30DS due to illness. I am not 100% but I am back. Starting over again tomorrow, wish me luck!!!! I had some sort of flu that wouldn't let me eat and I slept all day :-( Now I am back and feeling better!!!!!

    Welcome back! I can empathize with your post--I almost always get sick after I begin a new regimen.
