    Rode my NordicTrack Recumbent stationary bike 10.8 miles yesterday, at "Moderate" effort....

    gotta love riding in Wisconsin this time of year. Thermal tights and extra layers on the commute to work and peel off a layer or two for the trip home. Another 14 miles total today. over 425 miles for the year.

    yeah love my thermal tights. Saw Bald Eagle and Great Blue Heron riding on wetland trail yesterday .
    Rode to gym in rain shower for another hour today.
