I weigh in every day in the morning. I made it part of the routine and now its second nature. I use it as motivation. If I lose weight I am pretty happy, and if it goes up a little I know it's water weight as long as I keep my calories down.0

I used to weigh everyday but got anxiety about it. I'm trying Thursdays and Sundays now. We shall see!1

I weigh once a week on either Thursday or Friday. I was weighing every other day or so but it stressed me out seeing the fluctuations daily

Reading all these answers is fascinating. I've been weighing once a week, probably left over from my WW habits, but I notice that I get anxious/excited a day or two before my Monday weigh-in. I wonder if weighing more often in a week, but still using the Monday number as "official", would help diffuse some of the tension.0

Now that some time has passed, maybe an update is in order. I'm still weighing daily, and I love it! It tells me so much more than a once a week check-in would. I can really see how my body responds to food and exercise.
I do sort of consider Wednesday to be my official weigh-in day, but only because that's the day I do my weekly check-ins in this group!0 -
I weigh myself everyday and I have a bluetooth smart scale that automatically updates MFP for me so I never have to "officially" weigh in. But I like it that way! Love my scale!0

I weight in everyday with my Withings scale that syncs to MFP and Apple Health. My "official" weight is my weekly average calculated every Sunday.0
