It's still April Kim, LOL.
Sorry team, I was horrible this week. Spring fever kicked in and weather was great, I acted like I was on vacation or something. Hopefully a lot of that gain is just bloat.0 -

Hi everyone - I was gone all weekend at the Dells with my family.
I will post results and new exercise chart this evening. I am probably going to stick with the calorie burn so you can plan for that.

Going forward, anyone who gains weight > 1.2 lbs will be penalized ½ of that weight going into the next week. WHY, WHY, WHY? Well, you can’t gain one week and then come back to win by losing the gained weight. This helps to balance the contest.

I bought some new workout clothes to motivate me!! I hope.
This is a work trip but I will definitely mix in a bit of fun. I'll arrive early Thursday, conference on Friday - then, Friday night and Saturday is mine when hubby comes!!1 -

Thanks Boncharlie! I need to hear that every now and then, especially since I just ate a weeks worth of carbs for dinner! I refuse to feel bad about eating all those carbs, I've lost 140 lbs and if I feel like eating something bad I do! I have to remember it was a treat and move on.0
