Eating!

Just wondering if any of you were doing specific diet plans and how strictly you are following your daily calorie limits in addition to doing 30DS? My Doc recommended a lower carb/sugar plan for me as this seems to be what caused my weight gain. Ive been pretty diligent sticking to this and working out and have lost 9lbs in 2 weeks. Obviously I don't eat 0 carbs because that is not practical, but I still feel like I have a lot of food options and am feeling great!

I am not on a diet plan, but I am trying to stick to my calorie limits. I have only lost one pound and I've been doing this for almost 3 weeks. It's discouraging, but I don't have much to lose to begin with and I want to do this challenge in a realistic way, which means I want to eat in a way that I can sustain. I already eat pretty healthy, but I am not going to give up sweets or alcohol completely because I can't sustain that. I am tempted to diet more strictly, but am afraid it would just be a short-term gain.0

Im not on a diet plan but I tend to keep with my calories and my goal is eat under my calories. I also do cardio in the evenings in addition to 30DS so I usually have a significant amount that I could possibly eat but there is no way I could eat all of that. I know its probably not good to not eat all of my calories, but its working for me and I still eat a good amount of food.0

I completely agree with you guys and I'm not on a diet either.... My doctor just said my insulin wasn't doing the perfect job that it could be because im overweight and to focus more on lower carb and higher protein as my body is trying to hold onto fat... So it's truly a lifestyle change. No way I could or would cut out carbs or sugar all together but just limiting it more and I feel so much better0
