Got Day 5 of Arms and Legs DONE...but that was all! Rest Day from walking. Walking, Yoga and weights tomorrow.

Walked 5 miles w/DH this morning. It was pretty nice. Arms and Legs were included w/my workout w/our trainer this afternoon. No DDD today, so she put me had me doing our older stuff. No yoga today. I will whine tomorrow for sure!

We started watching The Good Dinosaur...Ronan has stuffed Arlo and Spot.
Clara, I'm still sore from doing most of these w/our trainer Tuesday. We meet with her again today for yoga...It'll be alright. Tomorrow is a Rest Day!!
We're off into a beautiful California morning for five miles!!
