    Rode my NordicTrack Recumbent stationary bike 11.6 miles yesterday, at "Moderate" effort....

    no riding this weekend weather and family responsibilities got in the way. Commuted to work again this morning.

    Nice 22+ mile ride with friends yesterday including coming home into 30ish mph headwind. Great company and fun.
