I hope everyone had a good week, my loss was definitely slowed down by a holiday weekend but I'm not discouraged, it's about finding the balance. I want to be able to enjoy time with my family and not worry about what I am eating and know that the next day I am right back on track doing what I need to do to lose weight.

No loss this week but still going. Went out for a mile and a half jog this morning and it felt great!
Motivation I read on pinterest recently: Success doesn't come from what you do occasionally. It comes from what you do consistantly.
