So far so good. Well I'm already not doing everthing I should
This morning for breakfast I had the Canadian Bacon muffin and for lunch I had the steak and cheese melt.
I have not yet had any powerfuels like I am supposed to because I am saving them for my after work snacks.
I am a binge eater so I know that whether I eat during work or not, I'll still binge when I get home.
So far so good though because I am STUFFED. I already drank 1 bottle of water (good for me). Thats 16 out of the 64 ounces I need for today. I plan to drink another before I leave work at 4:30.
