Long story short I've lost 25 lbs, 88 to go. Hadn't had a binge in about 2 months. That was probably my record. Had a slight binge over the weekend, then one of epic proportions yesterday. Nice to meet you!

    Hi, @jen_mq. Two months is an amazing stretch. There's a challenge thread in this group you might find helpful. It's not a challenge with others -- indeed, the others in the group are excellent support. Rather, the challenge is with yourself and the urge to binge.
