I've messed up twice in the past 3 days. I'm probably out of ketosis. I feel like trash. This happens every time I start to see results. Losing weight, feeling good, but now I'm sabotaging myself. Why do I do this?
I'm going to start over tomorrow but I get so in my head about failing :'(

Please read the info in the launch pad about keto flu. Make sure you watch those electrolytes, they even cause you to get depressed.

Just do the right thing tomorrow (and the rest of today for that matter). Just keep calm and keto onwards. You'll get to your goal, if you quit, you will just find some lost lbs. looking for a new home. Don't pick up any strays :)

Just keep going. It happens to most of us. As long as you can keep it as rarity you are doing okay. :)

In a year, the new you won't care if there were a few slips along the way - keep your eye on the prize!

Yes, it can be frustrating... I've been under-gramme in every food component department for a while, but am still hovering around the 8st:12/13 mark. Can't seem to flip it down, and am obviously doing something 'wrong'... Do I actually need to up intake of anything?
....seems bizarre to add intake to reduce weight, but am trying to find a happy medium... I think I'm 'sort of' fasting, but then again, not sure if I am...! Think the best way is to reduce calorie intake target, because I never but never reach it.

I'm not trying to thread-jack; I'm just illustrating that you're not the only 'frustrated' one, @gracerichter3213 ... I feel your 'pain'!

Eating Therapeutic Keto for a medical reason is probably one of the best things that happened to me in my 4 year loss/maintenance journey.

It really sort of forced me to take control of my negative eating habits to eliminate them and comply with the diet daily.

When I first started I was trying to stay within a 1200 calorie limit and hit a point where I stopped losing. I decided to just experiment with adding 100 additional calories a day to see what would happen knowing I could just as easily go back to 1200 if I wanted to and go figure I started losing again.....So it could be possible....

Well, I had a good, high-protein day today....

This is what the readings look like...

(By the way: I weighed myself this morning - I am already 8st 12.....!)
