How to Properly Record in MFP

Hi Everyone! I am starting this program next week and wanted to adjust my stats on MFP. I know you can set your Calorie amount and see that you can also set percentages for Protein, Fat, and Carbs. Does anyone know what the correct percentages are to set? I have the Calculator spreadsheet from http://maggiewang.com/2008/05/20/new-rules-of-lifting-for-women-diet-calculator-and-workout-logs so it gives me the amounts in grams that I should be eating and I wanted to set that in my Profile.
Any help would be appreciated!

I personally do 40/30/30 carbs, protein, fat. I've seen others do lower carb higher fat though.0
