I figured I should put this out there to keep myself honest and get some motivation.
A little too much info...but I just had my first regular TOM this week after having my son, and it has kicked my *kitten* this week. I have been incredibly moody, grumpy, exhausted, and just overall in B-town. I have still been logging my food because I want to get in that habit, however I have been off the weight loss wagon this week and I feel terribly guilty and frustrated with some of my choices. Plus the scale has not moved...which I should consider a good thing, at least I haven't gained anything back.
I will say that I am slightly proud that I have continued my exercise every day. I do that more for my heath than my weight because I really want to be in better shape physically for my kiddos. But mentally I'm in a funk from this week.

letting go of that guilt is so difficult but its not healthy, and it wont change what already happened... You got this, you made some great choices!!1
