Or a new way to drink AC vinegar. I came across across the title on another low carb group and looked it up on Pinterest. There are recipes all over the carb scale using all sorts of different ingredients but its pretty easy to make it LC. I took a cherry flavored herbal tea bag, cold brewed it, added a tbsp of vinegar and a packet of Sweet n Low and it's pretty good. A splash of lemon juice would be good but we're out. Just thought I'd pass it on for those who'd like to add ACV to their diet.

    Yes, this is a Trim Healthy Mama recipe, which is basically a program that switches between low-ish carbs/moderate fats and vice versa - minimum 3 hours apart to allow the body flexibility in fuel sources.

    Most of the meals or recipes you might find listed as S and FP (E is the carb code meals, X is a crossover with both carbs and fats higher, there might be one more code I'm missing) should be good on this program, which includes a number of their drink recipes.
