Cruise ship food - organic sources?

Anyone know of a cruise line that sources really good, wholesome, fresh, organic foods versus just the cheapest bulk products they can find. I know cruise operators have to make money, thus they probably skimp on the quality, and go for quantity, since many Americans go for the all-you-can-eat buffets. I understand that eating in the specialty restaurants on board is probably a better option for the highest quality meal options. Any thoughts? Comments?

Most likely are Seabourne, Crystal, and Regent Seven Seas. You might want to google "Paleo-cruise" I know there have been some in the past, not likely organic but easier to do LCHF.
