Hi Guys, anyone who is eating say 50 - 80g carbs and 50 - 60g (not saturated) fat able to share their diary with me? Trying to switch from keto level carbs and high fat to something a bit healthier and need ideas. At the moment I'm eating chicken breast and low fat cottage cheese because I'm too scared to eat anything else.

FWIW, I did the Dukan Diet for a while a few years ago, which is low carb, low fat, high protein. (At one point I stopped losing weight with it when I had re-gained 20 lbs after a med change. That's when I finally decided to try keto.)

So I don't have a diary to share (since you don't log with that WOE) but I ate a lot of chicken, ground turkey, tilapia, turkey bacon, 2-3 eggs a day, lower-fat lunch meat, Dannon Light & Fit yogurt (regular or Greek), skim milk and Splenda in my coffee, salads, green beans, broccoli and other lower-starch veggies, low-fat salad dressings, turkey meatloaf, turkey tacos, small amounts of reduced fat cheese, etc. It did work fairly well for me, though now I prefer LCHF and it's had more benefits from me. (I might bump the fats back down a bit though.)

If it helps, I do have a Pinterest board with recipes from those days. (Dr. Dukan does have you eat 2 Tbsp/day of oat bran so you'll find that--or a little wheat bran--in some of the recipes.)

Sounds about like my first three weeks (I did between 1400-1600 calories and 50-80 carbs), but I'm cutting carbs now to induction and trying to increase fat. Not entirely sure how to share my journal with you, though (newish, learning as I go). Some of my diary is in danish, too.
