Today is my birthday and i am so blessed to be able to bike and run and swim like i do. Will restart logging tomorrow! No weight loss last week. Looking forward to first big triathlon in 3 weeks so want to buckle down and eat healthier.

I am once again focusing on being consistent with exercise and logging and eating within my calories. So far, so good (although I am sore from my leg day yesterday so may not make my planned run tonight).2

I'm in Bloomington, MN this week, for phone system training. Breakfast at the hotel, lunch provided at the training center, and dinners out. Yikes! My goals are to get in at least 6500 steps, drink at least 6 glasses of water and hopefully not gain too badly! I'm back again in two weeks, so we'll get to do this all over again!
Luckily my hotel has a 24 hr exercise room, so I used the treadmill on Monday, and walked at the Mall of America last night.2 -
Almost 48 miles of training this week since Monday and hope to get a run-in tomorrow before work. Sabotage at work by someone bringing in bagels and donuts and I pop them in my mouth without thinking. But no vending machine snacks this week and next three meals are all prepped and in the refrigerator :salads and mahi-mahi wraps. Just got to watch for sabotage and use mindful eating0

@barbhat13 love your post and happy belated birthday. Today I work the branch then make the mad dash to the Dr s . Yesterday was a rough day I started off working in the vault which is a small room no windows. Then I flipped over to drive thru to give breaks and lunches OMG all the light it's lucky my head didn't explode. I am just going in for a check up but as I am still having a residual from yesterday's migraine I am sure he will notice.

I am getting better at logging still not where I was but it's getting there.
Water hmmm now it really depends who I am working with. When I am in drive thru its hard to run certain people are very forgiving and could care less. Others are not so it depends where and who I am working with.
Only have 7 lbs to go to get to last summer's weight.1 -
