Tracking Weight

How often do you step on the scale? My weight fluctuates everyday. I can gain or lose 2 lbs in a day or a half a pound, etc. I'm trying to drop 10 lbs but I lose focus on my progress because these fluctuations daily or weekly. I'm healthy and fit but I know getting rid of 10 lbs I'll look and feel better.
