Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges Recipe

This snack is just over 150 calories, my whole house-hold is in love with it.

Oven-Roasted Sweet-Potato Wedges

Serves 1-2 people
5 Minute Set-Up 30 Minute Cook Time

Ingredients:
1 sweet potato (around 5” long)
½ T. olive oil
1 t. dried rosemary
¼ t. dry mustard
¼ t. sea salt
¼ t. black pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°. While the oven is heating up cut the potato lengthwise into 8-12 wedges. In a large bowl mix together the potato wedges and other spices, mix together so the spices evenly cover all of the wedges. Place potatoes onto baking sheet and place into oven for 30 minutes. Flip the wedges after 15 minutes to evenly bake the potato. Cool for 2 minutes and serve hot.
