I've been doing Keto for a few months and I stay within my macros but I'm always starving. My stomach growls all the time like I haven't eaten. Am I doing something wrong?

How's protein? It's the most satisfying macro and meat provides a very good nutrient profile.2

A ketogenic diet can actually create stomach noises from difference in processing. Since you're actually hungry, make sure you're focusing on whole, real foods and not fat bombs, etc. to get your nutrients in. I tried to look at your diary, but it's private or friends only. If you want to tell us what you're actually eating, we can make more concrete suggestions.1
