    Rode my NordicTrack Recumbent stationary bike 12.1 miles yesterday, at "Moderate" effort....

    rode to work in the rain this morning. At least it wasn't where my daughter lives she had snow on the ground. Got to love spring in Wisconsin.

    Cold and rainy here. Rode to gym w only a couple spritzes 9 mi yesterday.
