Someone earlier in the day mentioned putting avacado on their eggs in the morning and that got me thinking about deviled eggs and guacamole... so I had to experiment!

Cool thread! I'm tempted to go boil a dozen this instant and start fiddling with fillings.

    Thx!

I've been doing egg salad with mayo and cream cheese, adding a little Pink Himalayan salt and Mrs Dash. Sounds crazy but it's really good. I also tried adding coconut oil but you can just add a little, too much and it is overpowering.

Keep experimenting with spices in your deviled egg mixtures! I own a small spice blend company, and have found using blends such as creole, ranch, taco, and curry make fantastic deviled eggs, especially at parties (use a low or no salt blend for best results, and add your own to taste). It's also creamier with using Greek yogurt instead of mayo (if you don't mind the few extra carbs), and I've heard people using sour cream as well.
