    Good article that supports my contention the government should get out of the business of dietary guidelines altogether.

    Moms Across America definition was the best I read in my opinion.

    There was another that was good until it talked about vegetable oil as a healthy single ingredient unprocessed food. Clearly they have no idea about all the heat and chemicals required to get oil from corn, soybeans, etc.
