6 months out and time to get serious again

Hi everyone. I'm new to this and am looking to get inspiration from people & connect to give me a virtual kick up the *kitten* from time to time. I've lost 6 stone since 31st October last year and started to run 5 days a week. Problem is over the last 6 weeks old habits have crept in. I've been stressed at work and I've turned to poor food. Result = no weight loss. Yesterday I cancelled everything and sorted my kitchen and a bit of my mind out. Has this happened to anyone else? 4 stones to go.

    Hi - welcome :) I had a sleeve in October 2015. I have lost 13 stone in that time but the last 4 months I have become more relaxed with logging and noticed some bad habbits creeping back in. Have only lost 2kgs since Christmas. Soooooo I'm back to logging and being mindful. I only want to lose 1 more stone but it's proving to be the hardest! Will send you a friend request so we can support/ kick each other when needed :)

    I had a bypass in January 2014 and lost 13 stone.

    I had a late miscarriage followed by a horrendous pregnancy with my rainbow baby who was born 15 weeks early and due to hypoglycaemia in and since pregnancy biscuits crept into my diet as a quick fix to the hypos and i regained 50lb!

    Ive been working on cleaning up my diet and have gotten 10lb back off
