@JTH11706 - Whit Monday, or May Bank Holiday. Now I've made the connection I may remember it. Friday, Sunday and Monday will be my challenging days. Grandbabies and rest days!!
@anaconda469 - ouch!! That sounds like pain on so many levels..
@clepant - it must be about time to get my bike back on the road (rather than just suggesting it might be a good idea!!)
@vhuber - a slow return will equal a real return. I'm glad you're beginning to test your strength.

@vhuber: I never used an ace wrap. For my triathlon, I found a simple knee brace but I lived in and occasionally still use KT tape when it feels sore or I am over using. YouTube has easy videos to follow. I probably could tape anything from hips down in my sleep. I also got a strap for below my knee from the local pharmacy store. It helped stabilize it. KT tape and icing every evening or after work outs. I also did and still do band work. Monsters to strengthen those muscles and supporting ligaments. I also use Pro KT tape, it holds up for more days. I pat dry in the shower and use a hair dryer to completely dry it.
