Haven't been working out as much this week, my knee has been hurting me. So, I've decided to exercise other areas of my body while my knee rests!1 -

I know a loss is a loss, but I was a little disappointed with this loss considering Monday I was at 150.6! I always (always!) seem to go up on WI day. Oh well...hanging in there!

Shark week has just vanished and ate out yesterday so wasn't really expecting much from the scale this week, I was down to 103.4 yesterday so I'm happy with my weigh in today.
40lbs still to go, I've dropped my calorie goal down another 100 calories to try and curb my intake on less sedentary days. My appetite has increased so much since I started doing more cardio (C25K) and eased back on my strength training. I've just ordered some resistance tubes so going to give them a go to incorporate some gentle resistance training whilst I'm doing the running as the lifting is a bit much whilst my muscles are getting used to running.
