    Rode my NordicTrack Recumbent stationary bike 13.5 miles yesterday, at "Moderate" effort....

    damp, misty, foggy ride to work this morning. another 7 miles one way.

    I rode on Saturday afternoon -- a pleasant 11 mile loop on hills. Thinking about a road bike after two years on my hybrid. My running is not happening and I'm thinking more bike options is going to be a good thing.

    Another 10+ mi of road and trail to WW meeting Sunday. Suppose to bump up 30 deg. from 50° to 80° by Wed. 49° and rainy now.
