Motivational Monday: May 1st

It's a new month, a new chance to re-focus, and the last month to make it count in our challenge!
It's also weigh-in day, so don't forget to post your weight :)

Our new May month long fitness challenge starts today, which is Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I've posted the Level 1 workout on that thread and we will be doing that for the next 10 days. And then switch to Level 2 and then finally Level 3. Come join us on that thread and get strong and lean!

Today is the last day of the TV mini challenge, so don't forget to get in a little bonus exercise while you watch your favorite show today/tonight. We will have a new mini challenge starting tomorrow which will be a food challenge.

Let's push hard this month and get closer to our goals!!!
