So sorry. **she grins as she wipes the glisten from her forehead** It was in the 90's here. I can't imagine snow in the middle of May. Does that happen a lot?? Actually...I can't imagine snow any time. Cold...gotta be cold to snow... :s

Lol, no not to often. And mostly gone before lunch! I like warmer weather. But not to hot. My little boys can not take the heat either. I am so looking forward to getting their stroller next week! It is large enough for all of them to ride in together! This will allow us to go faster and further. And still take them with us.

Did I mention Sara brought a mouse in the house? This one was alive! And it got away from her! Eek, there is a mouse somewhere in my house! I cleaned out a closet upstairs looking for it tonight. While I did not find the mouse I did get rid of a lot. So not a total waste.

Shelley, I have mice stories that will make you laugh, but that is one creature I really, really do not like. We lived in a "mouse house" when I was a kid...soooo not fun to find them hiding in your underwear or jumping out of the drawer at you or waking up with three of them having a meeting on your bed. :s

My DH brought one home from work in his backpack. I didn't see it under the kid's step in the bathroom until I was sitting half naked on the other side of the step...freaked out...had to jump out of the bathroom...close the door...run into the bedroom...wake DH (he did shift work back then)...tears..."mouse"..."bathroom"..."leaving"...I came back 20 mins later. DH was walking out of the bedroom pulling on his shirt..."Where did you say the mouse was?" UGH!!!

Need pictures when you get the stroller! <3

    Pictures of Sara too!

I'm holding around 170. It relieves the panic to see my weight go up and down and not just up up up... Now if it would only go up-and-down a little lower.

I'm sorry the mice upset you two. I'm afraid to admit I think they're cute. Didn't have any past traumas to live through though. Is it hamsters too? Or just mice.

Shell your fishies and ragamuffins (cuz that's what the boys are) are beautiful. :)

Chris I love your mouse story! More please!

Paula I like mice. I just like them better outside! That Sara brought another fledgling in the house. Rocky and I were eating and heard a loud chirp.....and the hunt was on. We found it and returned it outside unharmed. Then locked Sara indoors for the night. Did you get the one on the clowns laying eggs? I wish I could post them here!

Turns out DH brought the mouse home from work in his backpack and the backpack's contents...big books and little books...caused damage to the critter. It had escaped because DH had unzipped it to take out the book he was currently reading, and he left it open. I was walking past the living room that evening, and there the darn thing was...dead as a door nail, in the middle of the living room carpet. I did not whimper or cry as our children were eating dinner in the other room with their dad. I simply said, "Husband, I need to see you NOW!!!!" from the doorway. He blinked at me several times, and I made a dramatic "COME HERE" motion with my arm. I simple squeezed my eyes shut and pointed as he entered the room. "I'll be...," he said. He then walked into the living room, rolled the dead body over and over several times then gathered the corpse into news paper that had been sitting on the living room coffee table. He took it outside and placed it in the trash cans. I was crying by the time he got back inside. He hugged me and said everything would be alright. He later promised to double check his pack before coming home. :s

Poor Chris! :'( You know I am laughing. Sara brought a dead baby mouse in tonight. And I rescued another baby bird from our living room. Doggy door closed for the night. :s

140.6 this morning at 7:00. Getting happy!

We lived in a "Mouse House" in Ventura, CA when I was in grade school. My little sister, Mary, and I shared a bedroom down stairs. The other four kids were in bedrooms upstairs. Our parents set six or seven mouse traps every night. We could hear them snap closed. Mary and I would guess if it was a "get" or not and wait until we heard our mom clean them up in the morning before we went into the kitchen. She would tell us the score when we got up. Gives me the shivers remembering that house.

Wow Chris, that was awful! The mouse house that is.

I did not weigh in today. It was a long day with the classic car club. Lots of new faces and old ones also. Started with a Donut run. Then a car show. Followed by a cash run. Then dinner. And an icecream social with lots of raffles and auctions. I so do not want to weigh in tomorrow!

    I am a little burned! :s

My DD comes over in the morning to workout. We have been doing KKM workouts the last couple of weeks.

Those little croutons have more calories than one would guess. But so delish! We went to Kentucky fried chicken tonight. So glad they had the calories listed. It helped tremendously l

I can hardly believe the month is almost up. Rocky entered his mustang in a classic car show. He won Best in Class! He also got a nice sunburn! :'( He celebrated with KFC! It was a good day.

How is that darling grandson of yours doing?

GM ladies so this has been my month. Vacation in St Petersburg with the girls JUGS (Just Us Ladies Societe) 8 days of food, booze, games, food, fun, water did I say food. Back home to 2 graduations, graduation party, graduation breakfast and a wedding reception. Oh and my birthday was May 26 so there was also a birthday dinner at my favorite Mexican restaurant. Okay I'm not going to *kitten* and moan because it was a great month! :D Now it's time to pay the piper.

I was 198.6 this morning...whew... I was so scared I would be over 200. I believe I got lucky and I'm hoping some of the gain is because of sodium. June will definitely have to be my recovery month.

So I've read through some of your posts and saw mice...ugh, strollers, classic cars, walking, KCM and grandchildren. I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day. And hope everyone is doing well. I'm going to wake up my BFF and get her to go walking with me this morning.

Happy Memorial Day. Remember those that give the ultimate sacrifice for our country. My brother is retired Air Force (24 years) and I have 2 young nephews active military with another graduate considering serving.

Enjoy you day and glad to be back!

I love the photos. And I see he is a "Groot" fan! Awesome. So cute!

Kathy so happy to see you again. And I am so envious of your month! So much fun. But now time to pay the piper for sure. KKM is a great way to get going again! My father was retired from the army. We must always remember those that served so we can be free. I watched a show on the bombing of Pearl harbor. Did not catch it all this weekend. Very humbling. I love food also Kathy. And love seeing your flowers! Fancy Woman is fabulous.

I will get us set up for June.
