Why not just use your average pace? That is how I do it. I ran week 3 day 1 in 25 minutes at a distance of 1.89 miles. Which I use a mph calculator and use my time and mph to get my average which I put into mfp.
I hope that wasn't confusing!

So my average pace was 4.5 mph for 25 minutes. MFP does the rest.0 -
Are you doing it outside or on a treadmill?
I like to use heart rate calculators - my HR during the run intervals gets to about 160, and drops to about 135/140 for the walks, so I put in an average heart rate of 147 for this calculator to get my numbers:

I just use the little handle bars on my treadmill to check my heart rate every few minutes0
