hi I'm Lauren I started using Mfp about a week ago. I've been doing pretty good but to get to my goal I need to stop emotional eating. It hasn't been a problem til today. I feel so hungry and want chocolate and sweets but I am forcing myself to not go into the kitchen. I can't find anything to distract me though. I tried working out instead but I can't keep my mind out of the kitchen.

    I'm dealing with the same thing. If I'm busy/distracted it's easy for me to forget about food, but when I'm home all the time I find myself gravitated towards the kitchen all the time. Stress is my biggest trigger for sure. Feel free to add me - I just joined :)
