Australian Question

After 4 years of Keto I've relaxed things a bit and I'm now on 50 - 75g carbs a day. Hopefully still low enough to head off type 2 diabetes but allows me to get in more high fibre foods to hopefully bring my cholesterol down - while avoiding saturated fats. It's a complicated dance.
I have been incorporating these into my lunches on occasion

They're really good. They are 13g of carbs each, and only 96 calories.
My question is, what other alternatives are out there in Aus in the wrap market?

Not wraps but bread - maybe useful for you 2g per 2 slice serving.
Also Gluten free - from The Protein Bread Company

Here's a great site you might want to follow too, for more local info: https://lowcarbdownunder.com.au/0
