Hi I just started keto and I'm trying to put my macros in but I can't get it to equal 100 like mfp states do I need to pay for premium mfp or is thier a way to enter them I used a keto caculator and this is what ir gave me 25 carbs 103 fat 82 protein any help is greatly appreciated maybe I'm just doing it all wrong

    If you have the free version you can't set actual grams, just percentages, but you can play with the percentages (grams will show on the left column) until they are close to what you have calculated.

    Yep. Just adjust the percentages until you're as close to those grams as possible and equal 100%
