Wow. I cant believe after today we only have 5 days left. Holy cow we did so well. Today is a quick 130. 5 sets 25 plus 5 more. Completed and resting now. I am so proud of everyone.

I completed my 130 squats yesterday, as I'm treating today as my rest day. I'm still hopeful to do the 10K run later this evening, if I can keep the pain I have at bay. Going to do lots of stretches and if need be take a strong pain killer couple hours before the run. So excited to be doing my 1st 10K. :happy:0

Good luck Anne! I have been running about 8 weeks now. I have a my first 5k in Aug, Color Run in Sept and my first 10k in Oct! Nervous about the 10k, but my coach thinks I will be ready, so I will build my confidence with my 5ks til then!0 -

Did these in 4 sets of 25 then a set of 30. So proud of the group for making it this far....WE CAN FINISH STRONG!
