Chronic fibromyalgia pain and exercise

Since 2003 I've lost 56 pounds and it has helped my symptoms a LOT. Unfortunately I still deal with debilitating chronic pain and find it hard to get out of bed some days. How do any of you deal with the disappointment of not being able to exercise in those days? Are there alternative work outs I don't know about? My main 2 exercises is swimming and walking. Thanks for your time!
