Why do I get off the wagon??? Anyway, I'm back low carbing it again. I have spent the last 3 months feeling sorry for myself because I've had ankle surgery! Too much couch time and bon bons! Why does everyone send chocolates! Anyway I've been back at the gym 3 weeks working out the kinks and also have rededicated myself to eating properly again. After a few days of carb withdrawl I'm getting my energy back. I'm committed to lose my jelly belly before the summer!!!

    Welcome back to the wagon :smile: . Its easy to get off track when people bring you foods in an effort to make you feel better. You don't want to hurt their feelings but you don't want the food either! A couple years ago I finally asked my husband to buy red berries and cut flowers as gifts because neither cause me guilt. The berries for carb reasons and the cut flowers because if its in a pot in my house and doesn't speak, it will die.

    Welcome back, it's so easy to get side tracked especially with an injury glad you are healed up.

    I think we have all gotten distracted and off track at one point or another. I know I have but this is for life so you just keep coming back and going again. Even if you only get it right 50% of the time it's much better than 0% of the time.
