Looking back, at my heaviest, I never really took photos or enjoyed being in photos if I could help it so those are few and far between. Now, I've been making myself take more pics as my journey progresses. Its been rather eye-opening for me on a personal level, truth be told.
Lesson learned: take photos, you'll be glad you did. Congrats to everyone on their success and progress, you all look fantastic!

Annoyingly the first pic isn't clear as it was taken from too close up to be able to make it smaller, but hopefully you'll get the idea. A few people have noticed a little difference now, even my mother in law said she could see a difference yesterday!8 -

Right at 40 lbs lost since the beginning of this year.9 -
I didn't think my looks changed that much until I compared the two photos. The top pic was from Dec 2016 and the bottom one from Apr 2017. There is definitely a change in my face. It's nice to see the progress.

October 2016, singing at my sister's wedding vs. this past Saturday at an event for my work.
The suits are exactly the same size, just different colors. Can't believe that change!7 -
I posted a pic on my Facebook the other day of me and the boys at the zoo, and when I spoke to my aunt she said she could see a difference so I thought I'd do a comparison.
Top pic was 1st April this year and second pic was on Saturday. 2 and a half stone difference (35lbs).7 -
I figured I should post a face progress picture to celebrate 100 days into my weigh loss journey. the first one I took at 228.2 pounds my very first day, and the second one I took just a few minutes ago at 196.2.
Edit: MFP flipped the first and second pictures.
This is the first time I have noticed a difference. My cheeks are less round, my glasses look better, and my jaw looks more square. Also...
I HAVE COLLAR BONES???
