Atkins 72 Going clean!! Help and friends needed

I have done Atkins two or three times before. About two weeks ago I started again and went down a pound a day for about 4-5days. However, for the next days I put them all back up so am now at my starting weight. So frustrating!!

So I have decided to start again from Saturday on a clean Atkins as I think dairy is my downfall and probably artificial sugars too. I was doing the bulletproof coffee too so think I should give that up too especially for the first two weeks.

Has anyone else done this-started again clean? How did you do?

Do you have to give up protein shakes, green tea and konjac noodles as not sure if they are mentioned in Atkins?

I need some lowcarb friends too for support and ideas. I gladly give it back too. Also if you are just curious in how I will do you can friend me too.

    Do the Induction phase of Atkins, exactly as given.
    If you're eating meat and eggs, you won't need protein powders.

    Dairy foods made me crash and burn in a past attempt at Atkins.
    "Paleo" means the exclusion of both wheat and dairy.

    Thank you :) Looks like a great website to get ideas.
    Thanks for the tips re protein. Eating a lot of bacon, eggs, salmon and chicken so easily max on the protein.
    Seems like it is working at the one week mark however this is where I stalled last time. Will wait a few more days to be convinced that on right track.

    Just an update- Lost 9 pounds since starting. 9 pounds in 11 days! Very happy!
