Keto chili (by Maria Emmerich) .... Cooked and mixed together: bacon, ground beef, chorizo sausage, diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, red or yellow bell pepper, chopped green chilies, beef bone broth, chili powder, oregano, minced garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper. Topped with a large egg (over easy), 1/4 avacado diced and 2 tbsp cooked bacon crumbles. I can eat this hot or cold every day!11

Well it's not a recipes but it's a fasting drink....
To not feel dizzy etc... (which works) I take a big bottle of water (32 oz) and mix a spoon of Apple cider vinegar (boost and burn effect), a pinch of Himalayan salt (sodium) and 1/4 spoon of cream of tartar (potassium). This helps me a lot.... No calories whatsoever.1 -
But what does it taste like? Living in Florida I get bad leg cramps . This may help. Thank you.0
