Do you hold the crunch position for 60 sec or get as many reps in for 60 sec? Today I held the position and man was that a good ab workout! Also, y is workout B so much longer than workout A?!

    Good question! I did the other AMRAP in 60 sec......Im in for which ever one is better or maybe one of each! haha!
