Calories in Seafood Laksa no noodles?

Today is my last day in my current job. I'm going out for lunch with the finance team, where I started. We're going to an Asian place in the markets, and I'm going to get a Laksa (something I normally would never eat, but hey). Paul assures me you can get a Laksa with no noodles, so I figure that will minimise the damage, but it's still a huge bowl and I'm wondering if anyone has any way of working out the calories, close enough.

Without knowing what is in the laksa at the place your eating, probably not. It can vary a lot from one place to another.

I usually check out what is in a dish and find a recipe online with similar stuff in it and run that through the recipe builder to get a cal/macro etc count.

Yes, @retirehappy, I was going to say that. The coconut milk for example, is a carb-carrier, but it's hard to calculate the quantity.... so a recipe will give a hint.
