Subway Sandwich

So I saw this idea elsewhere and thought I could share it here!

At subway, instead of getting bread for your sandwich, ask for their egg or egg white patty. It folds up nicely (like a pita) and you can put all of your meat/toppings in it!

This morning I stopped in Subway and ordered an egg white patty with 4 slices of turkey breast, 2 slices of cheese, and my veggie toppings with a small squirt of honey mustard. Here's the nutritional information for my sandwich. Not too bad! Carbs may be a little high (and mostly came from the honey mustard), but for breakfast on the run, this isn't a bad option. Plenty of protein and no bread!

I'm gonna do this! I usually ask for my sandwich in a soup bowl, aka tuna and veggies in a cup...but that sounds like a winner!
