Who would like to enlighten me about these? I was adjusting my macro goals and wondered if I should adjust these under my micronutrients. I'm totally not clear on which of these are good or bad or how much of them is good (since MFP sets both to 0 automatically).

Stick to MUFAs. PUFAs are not great....

(See the definition in the acronyms and abbreviations thread....)

I think at least part of the problem is that PUFAs tend to be prominent in all sorts of cheap and processed foods and are high in Omega-6 fatty acids, resulting a much greater than optimal ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 in PUFA-heavy diets.

I'm sorry, but the delinquent dyslexic child in me thought this said FUPAs and I thought "this has gotta be a good one"

Got it. Thanks, guys! It's been so long since I read the launch pad section, I forgot these were addressed there!
