    Rode my NordicTrack Recumbent stationary bike 13.4 miles yesterday, at "Moderate" effort....

    Cold (37 F) ride to work this morning with a stiff headwind out of the north. hopefully the wind direction doesn't change when I go home.

    12.7 miles in the cold* and winds up in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin! So wonderful to be out in the countryside. I had brought all my gear to keep me comfortable in the brisk conditions.

    *relatively speaking since it is at least 30 degrees colder than yesterday. Temps up here were about 45 degrees when I headed out for my ride around 5pm.
