Anyone up for celebrating our progress with a face-to-face comparison?
I'm five months out from surgery and I've lost 70 pounds (about half of what I think I want to lose). In the last couple of weeks it's become easier to let poor choices (I'm talking about you, sugar) sneak back in. I need to kick myself in the butt to keep making the positive choices that have brought me this far. I love the changes I've been seeing in my body, health and stamina. I want to keep seeing these changes. (November 2016 at 293 pounds vs. two days ago at 223 pounds)

Here's some of me too -- when I have those bad days I look at pics and remind myself why making better choices makes sense!5

I did it lol!!! Trying to upload that photo was harder than losing the weight haha!! 308lb (140kg) to 165lbs (74.9kg) 12kg to go!! 9 -

Here is a 40 pound difference. I am still waiting for my doctor's office to submit everything for approval, so this is still pre-surgery. The pic on the right was on vacation a couple of weeks ago, so I'm down a few more pounds now. Bye bye double chin! .

Facebook decided to remind what I looked like "on this day" 6 years ago, and I realized I had a picture of me with the same friend from about a month ago (bad hair day and all).
