Thanks to y'all's suggestions, I changed over from distance to time. Welp, at the end of the 28 minute run, I didn't FEEL done ... so during the cool down, I kept running. I ran for 33 minutes and when I looked at my distance ... yep, you guessed it, 2.75 miles.
Now I can move on to w8d3 with confidence (after being stuck at w8d2 for almost 3 weeks!!). THANK YOU to this group for your support and advice!!
