    Rode my NordicTrack Recumbent stationary bike 13.5 miles yesterday, at "Moderate" effort....

    21.3 miles this morning. Rode round trip from Elkhart lake to just past the Sheboygan/Manitowoc county line. There was a nice county park at my turn around point. Rain didn't start until noon today.
